Located in a gated community on exclusive Beach Road, you’re just minutes from Dana Point, Laguna, and San Clemente. This single-level home is part of a duplex and ideal for family or group getaways. Swim, surf, spot dolphins, and unwind to the sound of crashing waves.

Primary Suite- Primary bedroom 1 King size bed with drawers, full size closet and TV
Bedroom 2- Queen size bed and full-size closet
Bedroom 3- Full size bed 1 Twin with trundle, dressers and laundry
Living Room- Couch, mounted TV, ceiling fan and new sliders to the patio
HEAT, no AC- We have Central HEAT, as most ocean front homes we don’t have AC.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
