Located in a building with 9 premium Property Manager apartments and two elevators, it is popular among large groups and families. The apartment features a long balcony with views of Armazéns do Chiado, the Santa Justa elevator, and of course, the lively Rua do Carmo. The Carmo Convent Museum is just a few minutes away, using the Carmo staircase gardens behind the building. This is a truly central location, with all amenities, attractions, restaurants, and shops at your doorstep. The apartment has air conditioning, modern interiors, and double-glazed windows. Property Manager Chiado Apartments - CH2 can accommodate 8 people in the bedrooms and a maximum of 2 extra guests on the sofa or folding beds.The living room has access to the balcony, dining area, and fireplace. The apartment also has a spacious kitchen, which is, naturally, fully equipped. Both bathrooms have a bathtub or shower. The Property Manager includes soft bath towels and quality toiletries for your first day.The CH building has a beautiful traditional facade, but was completely reconstructed recently. The apartment has air conditioning and heating and is decorated with contemporary decor and a neutral palette.Please note: Check-in between 10 PM and 8 AM - 60 euros additional. Stays longer than 9 nights include weekly cleaning. You can park the car about 50 meters away from the property. There is paid public parking / garages 5 minutes walking distance.
