As you enter through your front door, you are instantly greeted into a warm modern beach inspired living room with a tv and a large sectional perfect for unwinding after exploring the 7-mile island. Prepare family favorite in the fully equipped renovated kitchen that has all the basics, including pots and pans, and gather around the kitchen table for meals. There are patio chairs right out the front door perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee or an evening drink. The primary bedroom is designed with a King cooling hybrid gel mattress, bright plush bedding, a tv, and a dresser. Guests in the second bedroom will fall asleep easily to the gentle sway of the lush landscaping that surrounds the property. The bathroom has plenty of cabinet space for storing vacation essentials and has a shower and tub combination. The couch in the living room converts to a sleeper sofa to ensure every guest has a rejuvenating stay. These high-quality linens are washed in a commercial setting using the latest and best technology. This property does not allow pets. 1 car maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. This home is managed by Property Manager, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age.
