Fully Equipped: The villa is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, open-concept living and dining space, and comfortable bedrooms with flat-screen TVs. This includes a Keurig machine and also a regular drip coffee maker. There are 4 lightweight folding beach chairs and 2 beach umbrellas in the villa for your personal use at Regal Beach, or any of the many other beautiful beaches, including Governor’s Beach, Cemetery Beach, Smith’s Cove, and more. Entertainment: Guests can enjoy various entertainment options, such as board games, Netflix and Amazon Prime movies on the smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and screen-sharing for video games. Please note: The southern end of 7 Mile Beach has been experiencing some migratory sand shifting and beach erosion. The properties south of 7 Mile Beach, including the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach, and there are other times when there is no beach.
