This bedroom also has an attached full bathroom. * Bedroom #2 (Lower Level): Full-over-Full bunk beds located in the game room. * Additional Sleeping options: ** Queen sleeper sofa in living room and queen sleeper sofa in game room. 🍽️ EATING: Whip up your favorite meals in the clean and modern kitchen—fully stocked and ready for whatever you’re craving. With a full-sized fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and all the small appliances you’ll need, cooking here is a breeze. We’ve got you covered with all the essentials too—pots, pans, dishes, glassware, and silverware—just bring your groceries and your appetite! The dining table is located near the kitchen. We are available if you have any questions or concerns. We can be reached via Property Manager messenger. * Quiet hours are 11pm-7am. * Maximum occupancy is 8 guests. * There is a strict no-smoking policy. * There is a strict no-pet policy. * The fireplace is unavailable April 1 to October 1 (Standard for area cabins) * We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps/shampoos, and detergent. If you have a large group or are staying for an extended period, you may need to bring extras with you or prepare to pick them up during your stay! *If you have a group larger than 7, our sister cabin ’Mountain Dreams’ is located in the same resort and sleeps up to 6 additional guests. * We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Our local rep, Kelly, would be happy to connect you with any items you may need during your stay! Ask us for more information! * We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions. * We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
