Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- Please respect and treat the apartment as if it is your own.
- No Parties, excessive noise, and prohibited substances such as drugs and balloons (Laughing gas) are allowed on the property. The fine will be imposed according to the law, and management is not responsible for any risk or loss of both guests and visitors' belongings - If guests and visitors violate the regulations, they will fully take legal responsibility.
- Smoking is not allowed in the building. Only on outdoor balconies (after closing the door)
- Standard check-in time at 14:00 pm
- Standard check-out time at 12:00 pm
- We have no hidden cost unless unregistered guests stay overnight. We will need the Identification Card (ID)/passport of that particular person, and a charge of 10 USD is applied per person per night.
- Please note that any visitors entering the guest-only area will need to show their ID/Passport.
- The management reserves the right to remove these items and should these items cause any smell or stains to the furniture or linen, a cleaning fee will be applied at VND 1,000,000.
- There is a change fee of VND 300,000 per key for any loss of keys.
- Please do not trash the cutleries in the bin.
- Please turn off the light, AC, and heater when you leave the room or when you are not using them.
- Please respect the neighborhood by keeping your noise level down.
