Our fully-furnished apartments in Charlotte, NC, are perfect for monthly or extended stays, with full kitchens, granite countertops, walk-in closets, in-unit laundry, fast WiFi, and private outdoor spaces. All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we’ll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records. For stays of 30+ nights, Property Manager also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
