Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • - No parties or events.
  • - No smoking, vaping, or burning ANYTHING inside our home. Any smell/ evidence of smoking inside the home will result in a $500 fee.
  • - Check out is at 11am sharp. Unauthorized late check out will fine $150/hr. Late check outs do not allow enough time for our cleaners to prepare for the next guest.
  • - Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10pm and before 8am.
  • - Furniture and decor should not be moved during your stay.
  • - Cameras on-site will be monitored for traffic in the home. If uninvited guests are found to be at the property, the guest will immediately be asked to leave with no refund.
  • - Guest may incur additional charges for unfollowed check out instructions or breaking house rules.
  • 📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
  • 📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
