Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • • Trash Instructions: Please bag all trash and place at the end of the driveway/curbside no later than 10:00 am for pickup. Sandestin Trash Collectors will pick trash up daily. Please do not leave trash out overnight for critters to get into.
  • • Available Pools:
  • Linkside Pool Location: Take a left onto Audubon Dr. The Linkside Pool is about a half mile down on the left side of the road.
  • Phil Hummel Aquatic Center Location: Take a right onto Audubon Drive. The Phil Hummel Aquatic Center (PHAC) is about 1 mile east of the home. Stay straight after the round-a-bout onto Heron Walk drive. You will reach another round-a-bout and stay left (North) to get onto Baytowne Ave. PHAC is located on the left as you get onto Baytowne Ave. You must turn onto Bay Pine drive to pull into the parking lot.
