The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via Park City’s free transit system.
Snow Flower #120 is a recently remodeled and impeccably designed two-bedroom,
two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of building III. Access to Park
City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw
away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Easily cook your favorite meal in the kitchen which includes beautiful custom
maple cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The condo
has an open floor plan, which allows ease of conversation and a direct line of
site to the slopes from the common areas. The breakfast bar comfortably seats
four with additional seating for six in the dining area.
Relax in the living room next to the gas burning fireplace and take in the
views from large picture windows or catch your favorite show on the flat-
screen TV. Access the private balcony through the sliding glass doors which is
perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air.
The main suite offers a luxurious king-sized bed, Smart TV, and a wall safe.
You will love waking up to views of the mountains. The en suite bathroom
includes a double vanity with modern fixtures and granite countertops, custom
wood cabinetry, and a bathtub and shower combination with tile surround.
The second bedroom has two extra-long twin-sized beds which can be made into a
king with at least 24 hours advanced notice. The shared bathroom has tile
flooring, a stunning walk-in tiled shower with a bench seat, granite
countertop, and is conveniently accessible from the bedroom as an additional
en suite.
The condo’s entry helps you keep everything tidy when you’re in and out, with
a bench, cabinet, and plenty of space for storing shoes, coats, hats, gloves,
and other gear.
For your comfort, condo amenities include two TVs, DVD, wall safe, and
hairdryers in the bathrooms.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas
are also available during the summer season.
