True Ski-In/Ski-Out to Park City Mountain Resort!
The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #7 is a spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the
first floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time,
and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go
as you please.
After an adventure on the mountain or exploring all that town has to offer,
the living room invites you to relax with friends and family on a large
sectional while enjoying the wood-burning fireplace or a show on the 60” flat-
screen TV. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping arrangements.
Large glass doors lead to a private patio overlooking the slopes which provide
easy access to the relaxing pool and the slopes.
The well-equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and
an open concept to enjoy the company of others while preparing a meal. The
dining table offers seating for six and the kitchen island offers seating for
three.
The main suite lends itself to a peaceful night’s rest with a luxurious king-
sized bed, a 42” flat-screen TV, patio access through large sliding doors, and
an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and vanity with double
sinks. The second and third bedrooms both offer two twin beds that can be made
into a king-sized bed with 24 hours advance notice and 32” flat-screen TVs. A
shared bathroom offers a bathtub and shower combination.
Condo amenities include a wood-burning fireplace, three flat-screen TVs with
Blu-Ray players, one flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a wall safe, and wall-
mounted hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor locker for ski
equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, hot tub, two outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space,
coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless
internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is
staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
