True Ski-In/Ski-Out to Park City Mountain Resort!
The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #69 was completely renovated in 2018 and boasts five bedrooms, a
loft, and four bathrooms in this beautifully designed and spacious condo. It
is located on the top floor of building II and access to Park City Mountain’s
Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing
you to come and go as you please.
Cooking is a delight in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops,
beautiful wood cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The open floor plan
is perfectly suited to enjoy the company of your friends or family while
easily preparing a bite to eat. The dining table has seating for eight and the
kitchen island has seating for four.
Relax in the living room next to the gas-burning fireplace and take in the
beautiful evergreen trees through a large picture window or catch a show on
the large flat-screen TV. The glass doors lead to a private balcony perfect
for après ski in the fresh mountain air.
The main suite is conveniently located on the first floor and lends itself to
a good night’s rest with a king-sized bed, impeccably designed furnishings,
and large sliding glass doors leading to the patio. For added privacy and
comfort, there is an en suite bathroom with two separate vanity sinks and a
tiled shower with a glass surround. The second bedroom on the main floor also
has a king-sized bed and exquisite furnishings. The shared bathroom includes a
beautiful walk-in shower with tile surround and glass doors and granite
countertops on the vanity.
A large loft, perfect for playing games or reading, and three additional
bedrooms are located on the second floor. On one side of the loft, there is a
third bedroom with two twin beds and a shared bathroom with a tub and shower
combo. The other side of the loft offers a fourth bedroom with two twin beds
and a fifth bedroom with a twin-over-double bunk bed. Another shared bathroom
with a tub and shower combination is located on this side as well. A queen
sleeper sofa in the loft provides additional sleeping arrangements.
Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony with a gas grill, a gas fireplace,
three TVs, a wall safe, and hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor
locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the
slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
