The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #12 is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the
corner of the first floor of building I. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle,
First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to
come and go as you please.
After an adventure on the mountain or exploring all that town has to offer,
the living room invites you to relax and take in the views or catch a show on
the flat-screen TV. Large glass doors lead to a private patio perfect for
après ski in the fresh mountain air. A queen sleeper sofa provides additional
sleeping arrangements. The cozy ambiance of a gas-burning fireplace can be
enjoyed throughout the open floor plan, or a sitting area nearby provides a
wonderful place to unwind.
When not enjoying one of Park City’s world-class restaurants, easily prepare a
meal in the well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Gather around the
dining table offering seating for six or the kitchen island with seating for
two to enjoy a meal.
The main suite lends itself to a peaceful night’s rest with a luxurious king-
sized bed, gas-burning fireplace, large picture windows, and an en suite
bathroom with beautiful tiled walk-in shower and granite countertops. The
second bedroom offers two twin beds that can be made into a king-sized bed
with 24 hours advance notice. A shared bathroom offers a beautiful tiled walk-
in shower, a single vanity, plenty of storage and granite countertops.
Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, a gas-burning fireplace, two TVs,
DVD, a wall safe, and wall-mounted hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an
indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps
from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, hot tub, two outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space,
coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless
internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is
staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
