The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via Park City’s free transit system.
This two-bedroom, three-bathroom condo with a loft, Snow Flower #159, is
located on the third floor of building IV. Access to Park City Mountain’s
Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing
you to come and go as you please without having to worry about the morning
parking rush or afternoon traffic.
The kitchen and living area offer an open floor plan with mountain-rustic
furnishings, stunning scenic photography, stainless-steel appliances, and
everything you will need to cook and dine in. The breakfast bar has seating
for three and the dining area seats six. The living area has a large flat
screen TV, wood burning fireplace and comfortable seating including a sleeper
sofa so you can relax after a long day on the mountain. The private balcony
offers a space for enjoying your morning coffee or après libations from the
privacy of your own condo.
The main suite features an abundance of natural light with views of the
neighboring aspen grove, a comfortable king-sized bed, traditional mountain-
rustic furnishings, a flat screen TV, and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom
has two twin-sized beds that can be made into a king with at least 24-hour
advance notice. The guest bathroom features a jetted tub and separate shower.
Upstairs, the open loft includes additional sleeping for two with a queen-
sized bed and private bath.
Condo amenities include comfortable duvets, two flat screen TVs, a private
balcony to take in the beautiful views, a wood burning fireplace, a wall safe,
and a wall-mounted hair dryer in each bathroom.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage areas
are also available during the summer season.
