The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street, which is accessible via Park City’s free transit system.
This ski-in/ski-out two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is located on the first
floor of building 4 with views of Park City Mountain through a grove of aspen
trees. The condo features a modern, mountain design with heated floors
throughout and comfortable furnishings. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle,
First Time and 3 Kings Lifts are just a stone’s throw away allowing you to
come and go as you please.
The updated kitchen has gorgeous hickory cabinets, granite counter tops and
beautiful tiled backsplash. Snow Flower’s open floor plan allows ease of
conversation and a direct line of site to the slopes from the common living
space.
The breakfast bar comfortably seats three with an additional seating for six
in the dining room nook.
Comfortable seating in the living room is situated to highlight Snow Flower’s
mountain vistas while also inviting you to settle in for a movie on the large-
screen smart TV or spend the evening enjoying the beautiful stone wall and
fireplace.
The main bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, plenty of storage, flat
screen TV/DVD combo and beautiful wood furnishings. The private bathroom
includes a jetted tub and heated towel racks for extra comfort.
The second bedroom has two twin beds which can be made into a king with at
least 24 hours advanced notice. This bedroom is beautifully decorated, with
plenty of storage space and a smart TV (for streaming only). The second
bathroom is gorgeous and spacious with custom wood cabinetry, an oversized,
glass-enclosed shower, and a beautiful vanity with modern fixtures and granite
countertops.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours. On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike
storage areas are also available during the summer season.
