Recently renovated in the fall of 2020, this townhome boasts a beautiful
transformation with fresh interior and exterior paint, stylish window
treatments, brand-new flooring, a revamped fireplace, and upgraded furniture
and kitchen appliances.
Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape between the base of Park City
Mountain and Main Street, this cozy four-level abode comfortably accommodates
up to 11 guests. Its prime location offers easy access to both destinations,
just a scenic 5-minute walk on gently sloping terrain. Additionally, guests
can conveniently hop on the free town shuttle, which stops nearby, for easy
access to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village, and an array of local
activities and entertainment.
Guests enter the welcoming main floor which serves as the heart of the home,
providing a comfortable space for gathering with family and friends. Here,
guests can enjoy meal preparation in the fully equipped kitchen, dine at the
table with seating for 8 or the counter with seating for 2, or unwind by the
cozy wood-burning fireplace while watching the large flat-screen TV. For added
convenience, a powder room is located adjacent to the kitchen.
Guests will find the bedrooms on the other levels of the home provide a
peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The lower level features a spacious
suite equipped with a plush king bed, a twin trundle, a full bath, and a flat-
screen TV. The second level offers another full bath along with two bedrooms,
one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds, each with a
flat-screen TV.
For your comfort, amenities include air conditioning, a private washer/dryer,
high-speed internet access, a deck to take in the views, and a one-car garage
with additional outside parking available for another vehicle. Moderate Plus
rating.
Please note that Park City Mountain’s Town Lift typically opens during the
third weekend of December—guests are advised to check with the resort for the
current status and any updates.
