The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #103 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the corner of
the first floor of building III, and access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle,
First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to
come and go as you please.
Enjoy your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen that includes granite
countertops and knotty walnut cabinets while enjoying the company of your
friends and family in the open-concept space. The dining table has seating for
six with additional seating at the breakfast bar for three.
The living room invites you to relax after a day on the slopes around the cozy
gas-burning fireplace or catch your favorite show on the flat-screen TV.
Access the private balcony through the sliding glass doors which is perfect
for après ski in the fresh mountain air. The couch adds additional sleeping
with a queen-sized sofa sleeper.
The main suite features a luxurious queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and an
abundance of natural light from the picture windows overlooking a grove of
Aspen trees. The en suite bathroom offers a walk-in shower and bench seat with
lovely tile surround, granite countertops, and knotty walnut cabinets.
The second bedroom has two comfortable twin-sized beds which can be made as a
king with at least 24 hours advance notice. The second bathroom includes a
walk-in tiled shower, granite countertops, and knotty walnut cabinets.
For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, three TVs, a
gas-burning fireplace, a wall safe, and wall-mounted hairdryers in both
bathrooms There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the
building’s back door, steps from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
