The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
Snow Flower #158 has been lavishly renovated and boasts three bedrooms, a
loft, and three bathrooms, in this beautifully designed and spacious condo. It
is located on the top floor of building IV and access to Park City Mountain’s
Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing
you to come and go as you please.
Cooking is a delight in the well-equipped kitchen which includes new
stainless-steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, dramatic granite counter tops,
custom tree branch hardware, and a stunning glass tile backsplash. The open
floor plan is perfectly suited to enjoy the company of your friends or family
while easily preparing a bite to eat. The dining table has seating for eight
and the kitchen island has seating for three.
Relax in the living room next to the gas-burning fireplace with a floor-to-
ceiling travertine surround and take in the beautiful aspen trees through a
large picture window or catch a show on the 46” flat-screen TV. The glass
doors lead to a private balcony perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain
air.
The main suite is located on the first floor and lends itself to a good
night’s rest with a king-sized bed, 36" flat -screen TV with DVD player, and
two closets. For added privacy and comfort, there is an en suite bathroom that
features magnificent rainforest green granite countertops with double sinks,
stone flooring, and a shower with a deep luxurious bathtub for your after-ski
soak.
The second bedroom located on the main floor has two twin-sized beds, which
can be made into a king bed with at least 24 hours advanced notice. It also
includes a 32" flat screen TV, ample closet space, and striking views of the
aspen forest. The shared second bathroom includes a walk-in rain head shower,
travertine and glass tile, granite countertops, and a custom cabinet featuring
a three-way makeup mirror and lighting.
On the second floor, you will find the third bedroom that the kids will love.
This room offers two twin-sized beds which can be made as a king with at least
24 hours advanced notice and two additional twin mattresses on an elevated
platform accessed by a short ladder. The room includes a 32” flat screen TV,
DVD player, and generous closet space. The en suite third bathroom features
granite countertops, stone flooring, and a shower with a deep soaking tub.
The loft area, just outside the third bedroom, has a 32" flat screen TV with
DVD player, a queen-sized leather sofa sleeper, and its own closet.
Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, gas fireplace, five flat-screen
TVs with DVD players, a wall safe, and hairdryers in the bathroom. There is an
indoor locker for ski equipment inside the building’s back door, steps from
the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas and bike storage
facilities are also available during the summer season.
