The Snow Flower complex’s convenient location offers ski-in/ski-out access to
Park City Mountain and easy access to Park City’s charming, historic Main
Street via the free transit system.
This beautifully decorated condo, Snow Flower #54, offers three bedrooms, two
bathrooms, and a convenient location on the first floor of building II. Access
to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a
stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
The kitchen’s open floor plan is perfectly suited for staying in to enjoy a
meal or entertaining friends or family around the large kitchen island.
Cooking is a delight with spacious granite countertops, beautiful wood
cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table has seating for
six and the kitchen island has seating for four.
Relax in the living room next to the gas-burning fireplace and take in the
beautiful scenery through a large picture window or watch Netflix on an LCD
flat-screen TV. The glass doors lead to a private balcony with seating for
four where you can dine al fresco or relax in the fresh mountain air.
The main bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed, attractive solid wood
furniture, and a private en suite bath with granite countertops, two sinks, a
beautifully tiled walk-in shower with glass doors, and a large soaking tub
that lends itself to peace and relaxation. The second bedroom has two twins,
which can be made into a king bed with at least 24 hours advance notice. The
third bedroom has a comfortable queen-sized bed. Both bedrooms have fine
furnishings and share a bathroom with a tub and shower combination. A sleeper
sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping options.
Condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, a gas fireplace, two TVs, a DVD
player, a wall safe, and hairdryers. There is an indoor locker for ski
equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker
room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated
laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet
service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24
hours.
On-site tennis and pickleball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage
areas are also available during the summer season.
