If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without Property Manager’s approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.- Pool heating is available for an additional $600/night. The pool is larger than most, which makes it great for swimming and relaxing—but also more costly to heat due to the extra energy required.- Just a friendly reminder that if you’d like pool heat during your stay, requests and payment must be made at least 48 hours before check-in, as we’re unfortunately unable to accommodate mid-stay requests. Pool heat is only available from October through April. The pool heat is set to 80 degrees. Any higher temperature can damage the pool/spa equipment. Please note that there is one heater for both the pool and spa, so only one can be heated at a time. If the spa is in use, it may temporarily lower the pool temperature. Lastly, while we’ll do our best to ensure a comfortable experience, outdoor weather conditions may affect how well the water heats. Thank you so much for your understanding!- Please be aware that wildlife such as insects, scorpions, and snakes may be present. Our team does their best to check the home before your arrival, but be mindful about leaving the doors & windows open during your stay.- Due to the remote location of our home, guests may experience unannounced power outages.- This property has exterior video surveillance and noise alert decibel monitoring systems in common areas to ensure guest security and compliance with local laws.-There are 2 active cameras at the home, at the entry and the driveway. There are several covered cameras in the backyard that are deactivated.- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifolds and additional linens are provided.- This home includes a Pack ’n Play travel crib for your convenience. A high chair is also available upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice.- To help everyone enjoy a peaceful stay and to remain in good standing with our neighbors, we observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed.
