The main level features two bedrooms (both with Queen size beds), a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a large L-shaped sofa for lounging, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace for cool nights (Duraflame log included!). The lower level of the home features a third bedroom with king size bed, a second bathroom, another living area complete with a sofa and comfy armchair, a separate office area for work, and direct access to the kid-friendly backyard. There’s also a high efficiency washer/dryer, plus modern updates including smart locks and a digital guidebook to guide you through the home and neighborhood. Please note that the house does not have central air-conditioning, but we do have two portable A/C units available. We also feature local Seattle coffee company, Anchorhead, at this house and provide an elevated coffee experience using a Chemex pour-over coffee brewer. There will be a penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in the home during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older.
