The location is convenient to reach the main city attractions on foot, but far from the tourist chaos, offering an authentic and relaxing stay. In particular, a few steps away you can reach the Zattere, famous as a place for Venetian walks, the muse of the Gallerie dell’Accademia, the Peggy Guggenheim Collection and Punta della Dogana. The nearest vaporetto stops are Zattere, San Basilio and Accademia. At check-in, the tourist tax payment will be required, which amounts to €5 per person per night, and a rental contract will be filled out and signed where the details of a credit card in the guests’ name will also be included as a guarantee for damages.
