The apartment is nestled in a brand-new building just a stone’s throw
away from the popular Sea Point Promenade. The V&A Waterfront is just a
10-15 minute drive away, and a scenic 10-15 minute drive takes you to
Table Mountain. Alternatively, take a stroll or drive down to the
world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay beaches.
The space
Our apartment is perfect for friends, couples, or business travelers,
looking for a comfortable and stylish home away from home.
The apartment features a fully-equipped kitchen, with a washing
machine, perfect for longer stays. The main bedroom has a queen-sized
bed for a great night’s sleep and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in
shower. The second bedroom features two single beds. The lounge offers
a comfortable couch and designer touches opening onto a balcony with
stunning views of the city and ocean.
For those working remotely, our space offers privacy. We also provide
unlimited Wi-Fi, and during load shedding, the building’s generator
ensures that the power continues after a split changeover.
Our apartment is situated in a great location, close to popular
restaurants, cafes, and shops, such as Jason’s Bakery and Giovanni’s.
Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, our apartment offers
