Welcome to our apartment, situated in a great location on Szamarzewskiego Street in Poznań. It’s the perfect place for those who value the city’s energy and convenience, thanks to an excellent public transport network and numerous restaurants and shops within easy reach.
The 50 m² space comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. A fully equipped kitchenette is at your disposal, as well as a dedicated workspace. For evening relaxation, a TV and free Wi-Fi are provided. We provide a full set of fresh bed linen, towels, and toiletries. The stay is made easy by a simple check-in and check-out process, and we issue VAT invoices upon request.

The Space:
The spacious 50 m² apartment, with a balcony and large west-facing windows and a beautiful view of the green area away from the busy street, is located on the third floor. It can accommodate up to four people, so it is an ideal option for families or groups travelling together. It consists of a cosy bedroom, a living room with a functional kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The interior has been decorated with attention to detail, providing a warm and homely atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with essential kitchen accessories such as a fridge, oven, electric kettle and induction hob, useful for daily meal preparation. Guests will have at their disposal a sunny living room with a sofa bed and a TV, from which there is also access to a balcony with garden furniture, during warmer days you can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee in the pour-over coffee machine. The bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable double bed and a desk with a chair, also creating an ideal space for remote working. In the bathroom, guests have a shower and a washing machine at their disposal, which takes care of guests’ comfort during their stay, allowing them to do their laundry freely and providing convenience, all in a cosily decorated interior. The apartment is fully equipped with multimedia - there is a flat-screen TV and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection. Guests are provided with complimentary toiletries, towels and bed linen for a good start to their stay.

An additional advantage of the building is its proximity to the Poznań International Fair grounds, which can be reached in just 20 minutes. Guests can fully enjoy the charms of the city - literally everything is right at your fingertips. Just outside the building, in the neighboring townhouses, there are renowned bakeries where guests can buy delicious fresh bread or sandwiches made on-site. A few steps further, the aroma of signature breakfasts and specialty coffee fills the air in cozy cafes, right next to the best restaurants serving exquisite dishes from around the globe, and at the Jeżyce Market Square, guests will find stalls with the freshest fruits, vegetables, and local delicacies offered by local producers. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous grocery stores where guests can conveniently stock up on all necessary products. The studio is located close to a bus stop (0.4 km) and the Poznań Główny Main Train Station (2.1 km), allowing for easy travel around the city for those without a car.
