The Space: The spacious 50 m² apartment, with a balcony and large west-facing windows and a beautiful view of the green area away from the busy street, is located on the third floor. It can accommodate up to four people, so it is an ideal option for families or groups travelling together. It consists of a cosy bedroom, a living room with a functional kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. The interior has been decorated with attention to detail, providing a warm and homely atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with essential kitchen accessories such as a fridge, oven, electric kettle and induction hob, useful for daily meal preparation. Guests will have at their disposal a sunny living room with a sofa bed and a TV, from which there is also access to a balcony with garden furniture, during warmer days you can enjoy a freshly brewed coffee in the pour-over coffee machine. The bedroom has been furnished with a comfortable double bed and a desk with a chair, also creating an ideal space for remote working. In the bathroom, guests have a shower and a washing machine at their disposal, which takes care of guests’ comfort during their stay, allowing them to do their laundry freely and providing convenience, all in a cosily decorated interior. The apartment is fully equipped with multimedia - there is a flat-screen TV and a high-speed Wi-Fi connection.
