Apartment located on the 2nd floor of a pre-war building on Marszałkowska Street in the heart of Warsaw. The location of the building provides proximity to all major cultural, business and entertainment points of the capital. Regardless of the reason for your visit to Warsaw - you will be close to everywhere! The Saxon Garden with its fountain and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier can be reached in just 5 minutes on foot, as can the Palace of Culture and Science. The way to the Old Town will take about 15 minutes on foot. Communication with other parts of Warsaw is also not a problem, thanks to the proximity of public transportation points on nearby streets. In the vicinity of the building there are many climate-controlled restaurants and service and retail outlets allowing to satisfy all daily needs. The location of the apartment guarantees a comfortable, practical and stylish place to stay in Warsaw.
DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:
Spacious apartment designed for 5 people will be an ideal base for exploring the most important sights of Warsaw. The living room has been combined with a dining area and a kitchenette. There is an extremely comfortable, navy blue sofa, which, when unfolded, will provide a place to sleep for one person. A glass coffee table has been placed next to the sofa, so relaxing in front of the TV with a cup of coffee will be pure pleasure. The apartment comes with a balcony, overlooking the inner courtyard and equipped with garden furniture. Behind the sofa is a dining table for four people. This is a great place to spend time together over meals prepared on your own in the well-equipped kitchenette. Speaking of which - all necessary utensils and appliances such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, as well as a kettle along with tea and coffee making facilities are located here. The apartment has two, private bedrooms - both equipped with double beds. In one of them there is a very capacious closet and a mirror, while in the other you will find an additional desk. The bright, stone-style bathroom is equipped with a huge walk-in shower and a bathtub on decorative legs, so amateurs of quick showers and lovers of long baths will be satisfied. In addition, there is a separate toilet, where there is also a washing machine. To facilitate the start of each stay, a complimentary toiletries kit, towels and linens await guests.
