This apartment consists in a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom with shower and WC, a kitchen open on the living room with a sofa and TV.
The staircase in the living-room leads to a large open sky terrace on the roof where you will find deckchairs, sofas and armchairs to enjoy the sun.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle.
This is a no smoking apartment.
Access
The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

The apartment is in a residential area in the heart of the Carré d’Or (Golden Square), a sought-after location, close to all amenities, grocery stores, and cafes, within walking distance of several pedestrian areas, tourist attractions, and of course, the Promenade des Anglais, the Negresco Hotel and the beaches.
In just a few minutes you can reach the pedestrian areas, Massena Square, and the old town for a greater variety and choice of bars and restaurants.
Transit
When you arrive from the airport you can take a cab, request an Uber driver, or take the tramway; a great means of transport in Nice, which will bring you to the Alsace Lorraine station (line 2), less than 5 minutes’ walk from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.
The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
