The living room has a double sofa bed, a modern TV and a table and chairs. The bedroom has a double bed, a single bed and bedding for our guests. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils and amenities such as a coffee machine, fridge with freezer and toaster. The cosy bathroom with shower also has a washing machine, which will be a great asset during longer stays. The balcony offers a comfortable place to spend time outdoors and a nice start to the day with a cup of your favourite coffee. The flat has been provided with WIFI internet access and a parking space in the garage. For those travelling by train, the proximity of the train station, which is 400 metres away, will be an undoubted advantage. Numerous bus stops are also available in the area, allowing you to get around efficiently. A 5-minute walk separates our guests from the ferries crossing the river, which take them to the city centre, the Spa Park and the beautiful sandy beaches. This is a unique attraction on a Polish scale and certainly worth taking advantage of. Just across the river is the Sea Fishery Museum, offering a wealth of interesting exhibits related to the sea, as well as beautiful fish from various corners of the world. While in Świnoujście, it is worth visiting the unique Lighthouse, as well as Pond Młyny - a windmill-shaped pond located at the end of the West Breakwater, at the mouth of the Świna River to the Baltic Sea. In the area where the flat is located, a number of shops and eateries are available. The nearest markets are Biedronka (400 m) and Żabka (180 m).
