The interior is air-conditioned, which will keep you comfortable on warm days. The beach entrance is only 150 meters away, and you can walk to the pier and promenade in 15 minutes. Inside, a kitchenette with a coffee maker and a comfortable bedroom with a large closet await you.

The Space:
This apartment on the 15th floor is prepared for 4 people. The living room with a sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the sea is the daytime relaxation zone. In a separate bedroom you will find a double bed and a capacious closet. In the building, for an additional fee, you can use the swimming pool, sauna and gym.
