Welcome to Sweet Alice’s Sandcastle, a freshly transformed end-unit townhome with stunning Gulf views, room for 13 guests, and all the comforts of a relaxing beach retreat. With four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and brand-new everything—from hardwood flooring and carpeting to all the beds, decks, and a private beach cross-over—this home is a true coastal gem.
Step inside to find a light-filled great room with panoramic views of the Gulf’s sparkling waters. The open-concept living space offers plenty of seating for your group to gather around the flat-screen TV, play games, or just unwind and listen to the waves. The kitchen is spacious enough for multiple cooks and features a breakfast bar that seats four, with a large dining table nearby for meals and memories.
On the main floor, you’ll also find a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and a twin, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry area.
Head upstairs to the Gulf-front primary suite, complete with a king-sized bed, en suite bathroom, and a private balcony where you can sip your coffee while watching pelicans soar by. Down the hall are two more large, bright bedrooms—each with two queen beds and their own flat-screen TVs. A third full bathroom is just steps away.
The brand-new dune cross-over makes it a breeze to head straight from your back door to the sand with all your beach gear in tow. After a day on the beach, rinse off in the private outdoor shower, fire up the gas or charcoal grill, and relax on one of your two beachfront decks.
There’s parking for up to four vehicles, and everything you need to make beach days easy and comfortable.
This is a non-pet-friendly home. Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies, and events are not permitted. Minimum age to rent is 25.
