The spacious great room flows seamlessly from the living area—complete with cozy furniture and a flat-screen TV—to the dining table for six and a breakfast bar for three. The well-equipped kitchen features gleaming new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare snacks after beach time or full meals for your crew. Slide open the glass doors to your large private balcony where you can sip a cool drink, dive into a good book, or just take in the breathtaking views—sunrises, sunsets, and soaring seagulls included. The king-sized primary suite also enjoys Gulf views and balcony access, along with a spa-like en suite bath that includes dual sinks, a walk-in shower, and a separate soaking tub. A queen-sized second bedroom has its own private bath, and a third bedroom with queen-over-queen bunk beds includes another private bath—plenty of space and privacy for everyone. You’ll also find a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience, making cleanup a breeze after sandy days.
