**Please note - Bookings made for a check-in date within 30 days will not be accepted, since the homeowners association has to approve all applications, and they take up to 30 days to review. Please make sure your check-in date is at least 30 days out from booking - we will send the HOA rental application for your processing once your booking is received. An HOA rental application and background check fee of $200 is paid separately to the online rental application processing company and is subject to change without notice.

As such, we cannot guarantee the availability or condition of any community amenities at any given time, as these matters fall outside our control.
