A public footpath runs approximately one mile through fields to the village of Great Ayton with it’s range of local shops, pubs and locally renowned ice cream shop and pie shop. Or if all of that sounds just too strenuous, take the easy route and just relax in your hot tub and watch the sun glistening on the lake before heading indoors for a cosy night warmed by the wood burner.
Each lodge has lake views and on the site you will find a small children’s playground. There is also a doggy play park and walking area to ensure every member of the family is well looked after in this stunning lodge development.

Here, there are direct services operating to locations across Northern England including Billingham, Blaydon, Hartlepool, Hexham, Middlesbrough, Newcastle upon Tyne, Prudhoe, Seaham, Stockton-on-Tees, Sunderland, Thornaby-on-Tees and Whitby.
A number of bus routes operate in Great Ayton offering access to Guisborough, Middlesbrough and Stokesley.
