The main sitting room, located on the second floor, also enjoys sweeping estuary views, making it the perfect spot to relax with a book or glass of wine. Meanwhile, in the outhouse, you will find a convenient washing machine available for use during your stay. The spacious kitchen diner is fully equipped and thoughtfully styled with charming coastal touches that reflect the home’s seaside surroundings. The first-floor family bathroom is modern and practical, while gas-fired central heating ensures year-round comfort. Outside, the rear garden is a true highlight—carefully designed and offering uninterrupted views over the water. The summerhouse has it’s own Wi-Fi and heating to make those beautiful summer evenings last that little bit longer. During your stay, you will have use of a reserved parking space in the local car park for guests of Garden Cottage. If needed, additional parking is available in Fowey on a pay-and-display basis. Guests will need to provide their own logs for the fireplace, as Garden Cottage does not supply them.
