With no shared bathrooms, two fully equipped kitchens, multiple living spaces, and an entertainment room featuring a video wall, the layout is designed for comfort and connection. Step outside to enjoy the large private backyard. Tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood yet only minutes from Seattle’s premier attractions, this home makes for an unforgettable stay.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The fireplace is not available for use; switch is broken!
- We do not offer cooking condiments but you are welcome to buy anything you need from a nearby grocery store.
- Under the Seattle zoning code for this neighborhood, guest occupancy is restricted to 8 unrelated individuals. Groups larger than 8 must affirm during reservation that there are not more than 8 unrelated guests.
- We utilize the triple sheet methods for all our beds, which means we do not usually use fitted sheets or duvet covers. This ensures all your linens are fresh and clean (you might be surprised to know that without the triple sheet system, some hotels/hostels actually do not change their duvet covers!)
- Please note that Seattle is fairly temperate even in summer so we may not have portable AC set up by default, but we will provide and set up portable AC upon request on warmer days.
- The basic pricing per night is for 4 guests. Each additional guest requires $25 per person per night. The additional guest fee goes toward accommodation necessities such as utilities, supplies, and tears and wears on the property. The platform should automatically calculate the accurate nightly pricing for you according to the number of guests inputted under "guests".
- Pets are welcome! Please note that we charge $150/pet per stay.
- If you book within 24 hours of check in, please note that we may not be able to guarantee a 4pm check-in depending on our cleaning team’s schedule and if there is a same-day turnover (it may be delayed up to 6.30pm). Please check with us after booking to confirm your check in time.
- Our house is located on a lush backyard with lots of greenery. During rainy seasons, you may find some ants and insects seeking shelter from the rain! Our properties have routine pest control services but please take note of this as a minor FYI for what we cannot control.
PLEASE be respectful of our neighborhood. Just a heads up that for this property, the neighbors can be sensitive to noise from large gatherings in the backyard so please be mindful of that so they won’t complain of the noise. Thank you!

We kindly ask you not to throw parties at our house. Please help to keep the space clean and be respectful of our beautiful home :)
< TRASH IN THE RIGHT BINS >
Please sort out trash and dispose it into appropriate bins. Please leave it in cans inside the house if you’re not sure where to throw it and our cleaners will take care of it.
< LOST & FOUND >
Please check that you have all your personal belongings with you! If you accidentally left something in the house, we can ship misplaced items but we will change a $100 handling fee and the shipping fee, so please make sure to not leave anything behind! :)
< NO MAILBOX ACCESS >
We do not offer mailbox access unless it is a long term stay, but package deliveries left at the door are up to guest discretion. Please note that we cannot be responsible for any lost or inaccessible packages!
We will be available 24/7 during your stay for any questions or needs, but will otherwise respect your privacy!
Haller Lake is a peaceful, residential neighborhood in North Seattle, known for its suburban feel, family-friendly atmosphere, and proximity to both nature and urban amenities. The neighborhood is named after Haller Lake, a small, serene body of water that offers a tranquil setting for fishing, birdwatching, or a peaceful walk. Bus Routes: Just a short walk from our house, you’ll find multiple bus stops serving routes that connect you to popular Seattle neighborhoods like Ballard, Green Lake, and Capitol Hill, as well as downtown Seattle. The King County Metro Transit system runs frequent buses along the major streets nearby, including Greenwood Avenue N and Aurora Ave N.
Link Light Rail: If you’re looking to explore further, Seattle’s Link Light Rail provides a fast and reliable way to get downtown, to the airport, and to the University of Washington. The nearest light rail station is located a short drive or bus ride away at the Northgate Station (less than 10 minutes), which will take you south to downtown Seattle in around 20 minutes.

There’s a nearby grocery store, as well as several cozy spots to relax and enjoy the local flavor.
