This two level fully equipped condo is located on the third floor featuring a private terrace and many amenities that will make feel like home.
This unit has an open concept, the full equipped kitchen, dining and living area are on the main level of the condo offering a lot of privacy in the bedrooms. For your convenience on the main floor we offer a full bathroom and laundry area.
The spiral staircase lead you to the second floor, the master bedroom with king size bed and sliding door that open to a private terrace; the guest bedroom with queen size bed and a large window for natural light.
Both bedrooms share a full bathroom on this level.
Agua de Lechuga has a privileged location is only 5 minute walk to downtown with a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, stores and the beach.
The focal point of the complex is a big community pool, perfect to cool off and make new friends .

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
