Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
  • For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.

  • Bayline is a gated community; always ensure that doors and gates are properly closed after you pass through.
  • Living Together:
  • Quiet hours: from 9:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
  • Parties or events are not allowed.
  • Do not hang clothes, rugs, or objects in the windows, balconies, or any visible area from the outside.
  • Do not dispose of cleaning water on balconies or windows.
  • Dispose of garbage only in designated areas outside the building:

  • Please clean your feet from sand before entering the premises to keep common areas always clean and comfortable.

  • Do not leave garbage bags, shoes, sand, or any other items in common areas, especially at the entrance to the apartment.
  • Important:
  • After check-in, we kindly ask that you inspect the apartment. If you detect any relevant issues, such as damaged furniture, walls, or doors, please notify us immediately to avoid any misunderstandings.
  • BBQs, camp stoves, or grills are not allowed.
  • Pets are not allowed; non-compliance will result in additional charges.
  • Smoking, using vaporizers, or e-cigarettes indoors is prohibited; non-compliance will also result in additional charges.
  • Filming or photography sessions for commercial purposes are prohibited.
  • Parking and Circulation:
  • Respect the speed limit of 20 km/h within the condominium.
  • Park only in designated spots as indicated in the check-in document.
  • Common Areas:
  • Respect the gym and spa regulations, as well as posted information.
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear in the facilities, including the sauna.
  • Eating or smoking is prohibited in the spa, gym, and pool areas.
  • Children under 16 must always be accompanied by an adult in the common areas.
  • Keep parking spaces and charging points organized and clean.
  • If using the electric vehicle charging service, please follow the applicable regulations (additional cost applies).
  • Do not pick or damage flowers and plants in the common areas.
  • It is strictly prohibited to store explosive, radioactive, or biological materials.
  • Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in additional charges.
