Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Out of respect for the following guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a special cleaning fee of USD 100. The smell of smoke can be very uncomfortable for those looking for a smoke-free property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for everyone.
- - This is a family residence; No parties or loud music are allowed.
- - Help us keep the air conditioner off if the doors or windows are open.
- - It is not allowed to carry glasses, plates, etc., inside the pool or outside the residential.
- - Please note that you will be charged for any damage to the residential or apartment, as well as your belongings or any shortages after your stay.
- - The Private Beach Club is located 700 meters walking and 1 minute by car, a minimum fee of USD 35.00 per person is required to enter, and consumables in Food and drinks, etc. The departure time of the Beach Club is at 5:00 pm.
- -To preserve the image of the condominium, it is not allowed to hang towels or personal belongings on the balconies, please.
