The Cana Bay community is recognized in the area for being a residential area with 24H private security and considered one of the most predominant LUXURY residential areas in Punta Cana. The surroundings have as a view and as a pleasure the famous golf course of the renowned designer Jack Nicklaus, in the same way it shares land with the Hard Rock Punta Cana 5* Hotel, which has FREE access to its CASINO, commercial area (brand name stores), Disco and the famous Montserrate Restaurant. As an additional tip we can tell you that some of our clients usually take advantage of one of the days and pay for a DAY PASS at its facilities (applies to the Hard Rock Hotel or any of the hotels in the Area). It also has a Private Beach Club that for a minimum Consumption you can have access to for a whole day, the price is much better than a day pass at the hotel. Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- -You will have 30kw of electricity per night included, if there is extra consumption it has a value of 24 Dominican pesos per Kw consumed. Additional consumption can be paid in cash, local bank transfer and Airbnb (consider that we must add USD 7.00 of bank transaction to the initial amount when paying by Airbnb).

- -Please note that you will be charged for any damage to the residence or apartment, as well as to your belongings or any missing items after your stay.
- - The Private Beach Club is located 1.3km walking and 4 minutes by car, a minimum fee of USD 35.00 per person is required to enter, including food and beverages, etc. The Beach Club check-out time is at 6:00pm.
- -To preserve the image of the condominium, please do not hang towels or personal items on the balconies.
- - Out of respect for the following guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. If this rule is violated, a $100 USD special cleaning fee will apply. The smell of smoke can be very uncomfortable for those looking for a smoke-free property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant environment for everyone.
