Most of my favorite local hot spots are in this part of town are within a 15-20 minute walk, a quick bike ride or short drive of the front door! To name a few: The St. Augustine Lighthouse, The Alligator Farm, Mojo's Tacos, Creative Juices, Gypsy Cab Co, Fresh Market, The Village Garden Food Truck Park, Surf Station and Linen and Waves (shopping), antiques and furniture stores, and you're just a stones throw from the very heart of downtown St. Augustine. To the south of St. Aug is a highly popular area of Palm Coast, with nearby Marineland, a great place to indulge in outdoor fun as well as golf at The Hammock and the drop dead gorgeous preserve of Washington Oaks State Park, a must-visit! This home is also drive-able within 45 minutes best parts of prime Ponte Vedra for golf and shopping! US1 and A1A are our main commercial corridors, equipped with shopping, groceries and restaurants of all kinds. This home is less than 8 minutes from Publix grocery store.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St Johns County ordinance and are enforced.
- MUST BE 21 OR OLDER to book.
- PETS OK: Up to 2 small dogs are allowed with nightly pet fee. Absolute max of 30 lbs per pet.
- HOME NOT SUITABLE FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES: The home is not to be used as an entertainment venue for non-registered guests.
- DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
- LATE CHECKOUTS: If we are able to accommodate a late check out, $25 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. We do not guarantee late checkout availability. You MUST request late checkout if you would like it. Guests who stay past checkout time and did not put in a request will be charged $100 per hour, and we round up.
- NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever on the property. This is strictly enforced. You may smoke outside in the driveway only. Dispose of butts in outdoor trash bins. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $100 charge for every cigarette butt found. There is a $500 charge for lingering interior smoke smell.
- NO DRUGS: Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
- NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
- NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. NO WIPES!! A drainage issue will result in a $500 fine.
- PARKING: Follow parking rules as instructed.
- MINIMUM AGE to book is 21. Add-on guests under the age of 18 are welcomed if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
- THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits payment) must be present for the duration of the stay.
- UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have to the correct amount. There are no more than 6 overnight guests allowed on the property for any reason. If you have more overnight guests on the premises, this is a violation of our rules and we reserve the right to charge a penalty fee of $50 per additional guest per night.
- DAMAGE: In addition to the incidentals fee, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage above and beyond the coverage limit (see listing's Security Deposit section for more information), caused by themselves or guests, during their stay.
- UNUSED NIGHTS: Unused nights of your stay will not be refunded.
- CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
- OUTDOOR CAMERA: There is an outdoor camera by the front door as well as the exterior corners of the house that monitor the driveway and the street.
- LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: We charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, we ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee.
- HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or risk being removed from the property.
- CHECKOUT PROCEDURES must be completed as written here and posted in the house.
