Evergreen Villa is a beautifully renovated property accommodating up to six guests, nestled on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Patsos. Ideally located in central Crete, the villa offers easy access to both the northern and southern coasts, making it a perfect base to explore the island’s many wonders.
The property consists of two fully independent apartments, both featuring charming two-story layouts.
The first apartment features two bedrooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern shower/WC. A twin bedroom on this floor opens directly to the pool area, offering convenient access for a refreshing dip. A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine-style upper level with a double bed and access to a beautiful veranda with outdoor furniture, an ideal spot to bask in the Cretan sun and enjoy the serene views.
The second apartment is also designed over two levels, offering a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area on the ground floor, along with a modern shower/WC. Upstairs, a comfortable double bedroom opens out to a private veranda, perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink.The entire villa is air-conditioned and offers full Wi-Fi coverage.
The exterior of Evergreen Villa invites relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a lovely pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas. There is also a shaded outdoor dining area with BBQ facilities, ideal for al fresco meals under the stars.
Although small, the village of Patsos is full of charm and natural beauty. Located near the traditional town of Spili and just 20 km from Rethymno, Patsos offers an authentic Cretan experience surrounded by lush greenery. Enjoy a coffee or traditional meal in the tranquil village square, shaded by trees.Nearby, you’ll find other scenic villages such as Karines, Pantanassa, and Gerakari, each offering its own unique charm.
Just 2 km from the village lies the stunning Patsos Gorge—a hidden gem that’s perfect for nature lovers.
