The villa consists of a main house and an annex, and it develops over 450 sq.m and 4 levels in the main house, each with its own terrace that overlooks the extensive grounds, while the annex develops over one floor. MAIN HOUSE On the ground floor, we find the first living room with floor to ceiling sliding doors, that open onto the main terrace and pool area, lounge area with sofas and kitchen area with island and dining table. One bathroom with bathtub, and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The first floor is accessed via an internal staircase (16 stairs) with an internal lift which runs between the first and third floor only. - One double bedroom with Queen size bed, air conditioning and TV. Ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc and hair drier. Access to sea view terrace. - One twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and access to a terrace with sea views. There is a separate bathroom with shower accessed from the corridor. - One double bedroom with Queen size bed and low cushioned seat, air conditioning and TV, with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc and hair dryer and access to sea view terrace. - One twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning. Please note that bedrooms 3 and 4, and 5 and 6 can be combined into mini apartments for families. The second floor can be accessed via an internal lift from the 1st floor or an external staircase. Here, we find the second open plan living room, with professional style kitchen, room with two separate lounge seating areas, and large doors that open onto the terrace, as well as a guest bathroom with toilet and sink. The third floor is accessed by lift from the first floor or an external staircase. ANNEX A dependence to the rear of the villa is occupied by the villa staff that will serve you breakfast each morning and be in charge of the daily cleaning.
