VILLA DEL PONTONE – SANT’AGATA SUI DUE GOLFI
Perched in a prime location overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Salerno, this magnificent villa offers an unforgettable escape on the Sorrento Peninsula. With a private pool, lush gardens, and sun-drenched terraces, every corner of this retreat is designed for relaxation and indulgence. Just 1km from the charming town of Sant’Agata sui Due Golfi, the villa offers easy access to local shops, renowned restaurants, and picturesque beaches. Plus, the vibrant town of Sorrento, a key gateway to the region’s top attractions, is just a short drive away, making this an ideal base for exploring the Amalfi Coast and beyond.
The villa consists of a main house and an annex, and it develops over 450 sq.m and 4 levels in the main house, each with its own terrace that overlooks the extensive grounds, while the annex develops over one floor.
MAIN HOUSE
On the ground floor, we find the first living room with floor to ceiling sliding doors, that open onto the main terrace and pool area, lounge area with sofas and kitchen area with island and dining table. One bathroom with bathtub, and a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
The first floor is accessed via an internal staircase (16 stairs) with an internal lift which runs between the first and third floor only.
- One double bedroom with Queen size bed, air conditioning and TV. Ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc and hair drier. Access to sea view terrace.
- One twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning and access to a terrace with sea views. There is a separate bathroom with shower accessed from the corridor.
- One double bedroom with Queen size bed and low cushioned seat, air conditioning and TV, with ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc and hair dryer and access to sea view terrace.
- One twin bedroom with two single beds, air conditioning. Ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc and hair dryer. Access to sea view terrace.
- One double bedroom with Queen size bed, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc and hair dryer. Access to sea view terrace.
Please note that bedrooms 3 and 4, and 5 and 6 can be combined into mini apartments for families.
The second floor can be accessed via an internal lift from the 1st floor or an external staircase. Here, we find the second open plan living room, with professional style kitchen, room with two separate lounge seating areas, and large doors that open onto the terrace, as well as a guest bathroom with toilet and sink.
The third floor is accessed by lift from the first floor or an external staircase. Here we have the remaining two bedrooms in the main house:
- One double bedroom with Queen size bed, air conditioning, ensuite bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, wc and hair dryer and sea-facing window.
- One double bedroom with Queen size bed, free standing bath, air conditioning, TV and a sea view private terrace with outdoor shower. The room also has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and double sink, bidet, wc and hair dryer.
ANNEX
A dependence to the rear of the villa is occupied by the villa staff that will serve you breakfast each morning and be in charge of the daily cleaning. They have a separate entrance and are very discreet.
OUTSIDE
Offering multiple terraces, the outside area is truly where this property shines. Your days will revolve around the large private swimming pool (20x6m; 2m deep; open from May 1st to October 31st), with its decked area and sun lounges, the external kitchen with retractable roof, dining tables, two azure blue tiled kitchen units, several sinks, a hob and magnificent pizza oven, or on the multiple furnished other terraces. It’s the ultimate scenic spot for a private chef prepared dinner or a pizza cooking class!
Plus, for golf enthusiasts, there’s the chance to brush up on golfing skills on the private putting green!
