Walk through the front door into a bright, open living room with smart TV and cozy seating for everyone. Kick back and cozy in on the couch while binging your show on Fubo (included for free!). Pull out one of the various board games to enjoy a fun night in with the family. The couch pulls out into a queen sleeper with pillows and linens provided for 2 additional sleeping arrangements. The open and spacious kitchen with formal dining space is well stocked for all your cooking needs including toaster, kettle, pots and pans, and more. Sit at the chic table while enjoying your in home meals. The garage is equipped with washer and dryer so pack light! Also stored is beach wagon, chairs and umbrellas so you can carry your beach essentials down the street with ease. After the sun goes down, have some group fun playing on the ping pong table or darts. There is plenty of room to park your cars inside for quick access inside. Down the hall, to the left of the living room is your first full bathroom with walk in shower and sitting bench. Stocked with white fluffy towels for drying off with after a relaxing shower. Across the way is 2 guest bedroom with queen beds, smart tvs, and private closets. At the end of the hall you’ll find the extremely spacious master bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, styled with comfort in mind. A desk is set up, ready for any work you need to complete between beach visits. Out back is a generous fenced in yard with outdoor dining set so everything can enjoy their time in the Florida sunshine. Wash off after a day at the beach with the outdoor shower on the side of the house. This cozy home is located in Vilano Beach, just north of downtown St. Augustine (only a 5 minute drive to get into town). Public beach access is just down the street and a public boat ramp (Boating Club Boat Ramp is just a block away). Some local favorite restaurants, Cap’s on the Water and Aunt Kate’s are both in short walking distance so you don’t have to worry about driving around. You’ll be sure to unwind at the Serenity House! Guests have private access to the entire house and private outdoor areas as well as free Wi-Fi and cable TV (Fubo), free parking, complimentary coffee for their first morning and access to the garage with a full size washing machine and dryer. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental with free parking included with your stay and plenty of off street parking. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine’s shops, restaurants, art galleries and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot. The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year. -Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $100 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay) SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.
