The Neighborhood
Our home is located in The Nations, one of the hottest and fastest growing neighborhoods in Nashville, Tennessee. The Nations is a bustling neighborhood with newly developed homes, local restaurants, breweries, boutique shopping, coffee shops and entertainment. The majority of residents here are young families and professionals who prefer the convenience of being close to downtown and the laid-back atmosphere. It has a quiet neighborhood feel, while being close to the interstate, ten minutes from downtown, and 20 minutes to the airport. Red bicycle(coffee), fountain of juice, Bringles BBQ, Centennial Bar and Grill, Brightside bake shop, and many other restaurants are a 15 minute walk. L&L market is a 4 min drive with the famous five daughters donuts, shopping, and more great restaurants. West Park is practically across the street. A simple 5 minute walk to Baseball Fields, play grounds, Soccer Fields, gymnasium, and more.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
