Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. • Trash: At checkout, kindly take out the trash and place it in the cans near the garage or in the dumpster. • Pets: Strictly a no-pet policy at home • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. • Please bring your personal toiletries like toothpaste, deodorant, etc. A starter supply of the items listed above will be provided. Guests will provide their own supplies after depleting the starter supply of these items. ******************Please Note******************** • No smoking • No parties • We can host a maximum of 8 guests (including all adults, children & infants)- for safety (fire & insurance) reasons, we cannot hold any additional guests. • All amenities including outdoor furniture, wifi, etc are fully inspected prior to every check-in, however, we cannot guarantee their working condition during stays. • We look forward to hosting all of our upcoming guests. Our cleaning team is going above and beyond to provide top-notch services, with special attention given to high-touch areas. We use commercial-grade antimicrobial agents and ensure that bed sheets and bath towels are professionally laundered between each guest stay. • However, it’s important to note that we cannot guarantee that our properties are ’completely sterile’ or ’COVID-free,’ just as no other business can reasonably make that claim. Guests are advised to travel and stay with us at their own discretion. • We do not offer rescheduled stays or refunds for cancellations outside of OTA’s extenuating circumstances policy. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance at the time of booking if you are concerned about the possibility of canceling your trip last minute. Travel insurance is affordable and provides excellent protection against unforeseen cancellations. • We understand that last-minute cancellations can be challenging for guests who choose not to purchase travel insurance. However, we must uphold our owners’ cancellation policies to protect their primary source of income and maintain their properties in business.
