($150 Pet Fee) HOME LAYOUT: This is a single level 1,450 sq ft home. We’ve created this space with our guests in mind. Enjoy a spacious open concept kitchen living space and a dining table with room for 6. The master bedroom has a brand new king bed, pull out sofa, walk in closet, and en-suite master bath. The 2 guest bedrooms have cozy beds, along with closets and dressers to store your clothes. * Bedroom 1 - 1 King Bed, 1 Pull out couch; ensuite master bathroom, walk in closet * Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed, dresser for storage * Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed, dresser for storage * Bedroom 2 & 3 share a full bathroom in the hall You’ll have full access to the home, driveway, and backyard, with steps at both the front and back porch. We welcome dogs in our home (up to 2)! We know they’re going to love our fenced in backyard. There’s plenty of space for them to roam free and get some energy out. The only thing we ask is that they are kept off of the furniture. Any excess hair/dander from dogs found on beds/couches will be charged for, as it requires extra cleaning by our cleaning staff.
