A neighborhood beach access point is only a 3-minute walk from the home. Community Amenities: • 2 community pools (one with a kiddie pool) • Tennis courts • Basketball goals Getting Around: • Electric golf cart provided for guest use — no gas needed • 2 bicycles available for exploring the neighborhood Guest access: • Access codes will be provided for convenient self-check-in • Full access to the entire home and property — stairs are required to access all levels • Safety gate provided on the back porch to help keep pets secure while enjoying the outdoor space IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: • Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 14 guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements. • Age Requirement: All guests must be 21 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians. • No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. • Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome for a flat $250 pet fee (covers 1 or 2 dogs). Please keep pets off all furniture to avoid additional cleaning fees. • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability. • Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside OTA’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy. • Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed. • Trash: Please place all trash in the cans located underneath the carport. Trash day is on Tuesdays!
