If the handyperson is unable to find an issue or it was a user error, the guest will be subject to paying their fee. If there is an issue identified with the property, the owner will pay their fee. Parking: The driveway is reserved for guests, and there’s a small carport for additional parking. Please note the carport may not accommodate large trucks or SUVs. Pet Policy: Please check the listing for pet-friendly details. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fee. Noise & Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM until sunrise. Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Trash: All garbage must be bagged and placed in designated bins. A $30 fee per bin will apply for unbagged trash.
