It is clean, modern and plenty bright with windows facing Jones Street and Barnard St. We are right in the heart of the Historic District with some of the most iconic restaurants and shops just a stone’s throw away. We have a generously sized kitchen that is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances for those who like to cook. We have a drip coffee maker for your use and we stock coffee and fixings to go with it. The queen bedroom has a dresser and a walk-in closet for those who like to pack a bit on the heavier side! The bathroom has a walk-in glass shower with modern tile. If you need to do laundry while you are here, there is a washer/dryer in the closet for your use :) You may use anything in the apartment that suits your fancy :) as we stated above, we have a free washer/dryer for your use in the closet by the bathroom. There is an outdoor storage area behind the front iron gate if you want to leave sandy beach chairs, wet umbrellas, etc. There is a FREE shuttle that picks up just one block down Jones at the corner of Whitaker/Jones. This will take you up and down the Historic District and can drop you off at City Market. Otherwise we recommend using Uber/Lyft as parking around town can be pretty chaotic and is usually less than $5 to get anywhere. There are residents that live above, next door, behind, etc. (many of whom live permanently) so we just ask that you are respectful and courteous to your neighbors.
