Guests will enjoy the recently renovated upstairs unit of this two-unit apartment complex. Follow the stairs to the second floor of the building and you are in! Through the front door, you will be instantly welcomed by the colonial, yet modern feel of the apartment. From the stairs step into the open living space featuring incredible hardwood flooring, crystal-lined light fixtures, chic furniture, and oversized windows pouring in natural light. Enjoy your favorite streaming service on our provided smart TV. To the front of the living space, enjoy the incredible Savanah mornings and nights on your own private veranda overlooking the neighborhood below. Just off this central room, step through the French doors to the master suite, featuring an artisan fireplace and a brand-new king mattress with plush linens and soft pillows. Connected to your master suite you will find a freshly renovated bathroom with a step-in shower, pedestal sink, and elegant tile abound. Follow the hallway back to a well-appointed and brand-new kitchen and dining space. From copper ceiling tiles to sleek white countertops, this beautiful kitchen features all the kitchen basics to cook delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a single pod Keurig (pods provided) and use any of the small appliances and utensils including a double toaster, blender, microwave, and full chef’s knife set. Paid parking is available directly in front of the apartment with plenty of availability. You have access to the entire apartment including the relaxing balcony right off the living room, overlooking McDonough St. Though you can walk to almost everything, there are multiple options to get around the City. There is a FREE hop-on/hop-off trolley/shuttle bus that picks you up just a couple of blocks away. This runs all through the historic with multiple stops by attractions. The City also recently added The Downtowner, which is essentially a FREE uber-style ride share that you can use daily from 5pm-5am. Aside from that, Uber/Lyft is always a good option to quickly get where you need to go. Though we do not have off-street parking, there is almost always plenty of metered street parking right in front of the house. Easy to pay through the Park Savannah app with your smart phone or just physically swipe your card. This unit is the entire upstairs of a duplex, so please be respectful of your volume between 10PM - 8AM as there are other guests below you. Absolutely no parties. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Clean up all smoke butts. Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. Report all damaged property to the property owner immediately.
