A 1 bedroom Duplex, very bright and comfortable on the top floor. The apartment is on a pedestrian street of Nice, located in the « Carré d’or » district and 2 minutes walking from the beach. Absolutely all the amenities at the building’s feet and a wide choice of restaurants.

IMPORTANT : Following several comments the bathroom has been completely renovated in April 2025.
The defective air conditioning was replaced on July 2024.
The bedroom bedding was also changed recently.

Located on the fifth and last floor with elevator, you will find all the comforts: proximity to touristic places, secure parking, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, washing machine, Wi-Fi...
This apartment consists in a bedroom with a double bed and closet, bathroom with shower and WC, kitchen open on the living room with a sofa bed, TV and access to the furnished balcony.
Kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, hotplates, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and washing machine.

The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Neighborhood
Massena Square and « La Piétonne » (Massena Street, a pedestrian street with lots of shops, cafés and restaurants) are popular and lively areas of Nice. This situation offers you the opportunity to do all your food shopping by walking, as well as a multitude of restaurants and many shops… and of course beaches and the Promenade des Anglais at 5 minutes on foot. Walk along Massena Square and you will arrive at the entrance of the Old Town and its famous flower market. Everything is on your doorstep to fully enjoy your stay in Nice.
Transit
Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and this stop is 400m away from the apartment.
You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.
Train station « Nice Ville » is 15 minutes away on foot, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.
Access to the building is also possible by car. The street on which the apartment is located being pedestrian, the parking lot is just opposite on Grimaldi Square.

Our cleaning and laundry fees are very light.
Consequently the accommodation must be returned in a suitable cleanliness and condition. During their stay guests must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
